The MANWOL SAJU calculation program is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0-only). The complete source code of the version you are using can be downloaded from Source code. The full licence text is in LICENSE inside the source archive.

Used only for tests and verification, not included in the service: iztro 2.6.3 (MIT), PyEphem 4.2.1, Orrery @orrery/core 0.4.5 (AGPL-3.0-only, for result comparison). Earlier public versions included Orrery, and their source remains available at Source code.
The rights to the trademark and service name “만월사주 / MANWOL SAJU” and to content separate from this program, such as interpretive text, belong to the operator. This does not restrict the rights and licence terms of the open-source components above.
